Responsibilities

• Participate in all training programs and development activities.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all store departments and operational functions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Learn daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, scheduling.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and stock levels.
• Learn key store financial metrics and budgets.
