Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to learn digital denture production through a structured training program. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to creating better smiles for patients in our community.

You will collaborate with dentists, print and fabricate dentures, and support lab operations while developing skills in digital technology and prosthetics. Training lasts 15+ weeks with travel and relocation likely for some positions.

Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude to navigate a digital world.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail and ability to pass a hands-on test.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period.
• Relocation readiness preferred.
• Experience in a dental office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with the preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
