Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking participants for its Management Trainee Program, a 24-week hands-on experience designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates. Trainees join a team, rotate through operations, and build knowledge of the company culture and the transportation industry.

The program also develops leadership skills to prepare participants for management roles upon completion, with opportunities to gain exposure across Dayton Freight's operations and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
