Job summary

Discovery Point is seeking a Pre-K Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher in planning lessons and guiding children through activities aligned with our curriculum. You will help promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth while maintaining a safe classroom environment.

Responsibilities include planning with the lead teacher, instructing students, and ensuring a healthy learning space. Tennessee licensing requirements apply; CPR/Fire Safety training may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum.
• Knowledge of child care licensing rules and regulations.
• Ability to obtain training in CPR/Fire Safety and other training required.
