Power Washing Technician / Exterior Cleaning Professional

Rolling Suds of El Paso is looking for a reliable, motivated Power Washing Technician to join our team. No pressure washing experience is required — we will train the right person. This is a hands‑on outdoor role working on residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects. You will work alongside a Lead Technician to help complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Follow proper pressure washing, soft washing, and cleaning procedures
• Assist with setup and breakdown of hoses, equipment, tools, and materials
• Clean exterior surfaces such as sidewalks, building exteriors, breezeways, parking areas, dumpster pads, and other surfaces
• Follow job checklists and company cleaning procedures
• Maintain a professional attitude around customers, tenants, property managers, and team members
• Help keep company tools, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized
• Perform general labor as needed to complete each job properly

Qualifications

• No pressure washing experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to perform general labor and lift, carry, pull, or move up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working around commercial properties
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Pressure washing, landscaping, maintenance, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required

Schedule

• Part‑time position with the opportunity to grow into full‑time
• Monday through Friday
• Optional weekend shifts may be available
• Hours may vary based on job schedule and workload
• Additional hours available as the company grows

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
