Job summary

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in the Harvey/Las Vegas area. The role focuses on delivering personalized training programs, nutritional guidance, and fitness assessments to help members reach their goals.

You will conduct assessments, coach proper form, and monitor progress while contributing to a clean, welcoming facility. Some travel to nearby clubs may be involved, and prior sales experience is a plus for driving member engagement.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer from a nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA) or agreement to be certified within 60 days of employment.
• First Aid & CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment

• Achieve monthly revenue goals set by management.
• Collaborate with sales/management to help new members reach their goals with personal training

Education

• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by management team.
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals with personal training.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• We prefer someone who lives in or at least close to Boulder City, NV or willing to travel.
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life

• Previous sales experience is a plus
