Responsibilities

• Greet and assist late-night customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Educate customers on the various hemp products we offer, including their benefits, effects, and usage.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including new strains, product lines, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding hemp product sales.
• Participate in inventory management, stocking shelves, product displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment — particularly preparing the store for opening the next day.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming store environment during overnight hours.
• Follow and encourage others to follow the vision and values of Hempie’s.
• Multitask quickly and thoroughly while being adaptable, dependable, and having a strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Adhere to Hempie’s rules and dress code at all times.
• Perform additional overnight duties such as light cleaning, merchandising, and restocking as assigned.

Qualifications

Compensation
