Ellie Mental Health in Exton, PA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to expand access to quality mental health care. You will thrive in an environment guided by authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

The role includes a unique pay model, flexible schedule, office-based and remote options, and a supportive team. Compensation ranges from $68,000 to $85,000 annually, with benefits such as health and dental insurance, PTO, and training opportunities.

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university.
• Active clinical licensure is required.
• Evening and weekend availability is mandatory.
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience documenting services in a timely manner.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant is a plus.
• Fully licensed clinicians may be credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Candidates should have active clinical licensure
• MUST HAVE EVENING AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
• Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
