BetterCare Wellness seeks a fully licensed mental health professional to provide on-site individual counseling in Charlotte, NC senior living communities. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and collaborate with staff while we handle credentialing, billing, and documentation.

This is a full-time W-2 role with a guaranteed base salary of $75,000 and an uncapped productivity bonus, with many clinicians reaching $110,000+ per year as caseload grows.

Qualifications

• Fully and independently licensed in North Carolina — LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, or Psychologist.
• Not suitable for provisionally licensed or associate-level clinicians.
• Strong relationship-building skills to be the face of BetterCare Wellness within communities.
• Genuine interest in older adult mental health and senior living settings.

About the Role
BetterCare Wellness partners with senior living communities across the Charlotte metro area to bring on-site mental health counseling directly to older adults where they live. As a member of our clinical team, you’ll focus on what you do best — providing excellent clinical care — while we handle the business side that usually eats into a clinician’s time and income.

This is a full-time W-2 position with a guaranteed base salary plus an uncapped productivity bonus once your caseload grows beyond a standard threshold.

Most clinicians spend hours a week on things that have nothing to do with therapy. We remove that burden entirely, so your time goes toward clients, not paperwork:

• Patient referrals — a steady caseload delivered through our senior-community partnerships, so you’re not prospecting for clients
• Credentialing — we handle enrollment and payer credentialing on your behalf
• Billing — full Medicare Part B billing support, so you’re never chasing claims or reimbursement
• EHR & documentation systems — access to our platform, already set up and ready to use
• Administrative support — day-to-day logistics handled so you’re not doing it solo
• Clinical consultation — ongoing access to consultation and support from our clinical team

In short: no credentialing headaches, no billing backlog, no chasing referrals. You show up, collaborate with community staff, see clients, and get paid — we run the rest.

Compensation

• $75,000 guaranteed base salary — paid regardless of caseload fluctuations, as long as you’re carrying a full clinical schedule
• Uncapped productivity bonus — once your caseload exceeds a standard threshold, you earn additional bonus pay with no ceiling; strong performers earn over $110,000/year

Most clinicians serve 1–4 senior living communities and carry a caseload of around 25–30 clients per week.

What You’ll Do
