Rolling Suds is seeking a Lead Power Washing Technician in the Rockville, MD area to supervise a crew and deliver top-quality exterior cleaning services. You will mentor teammates, uphold safety standards, and drive customer satisfaction on every job.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage, performance-based merit pay, and room for advancement within a rapidly growing franchise with 30+ years of industry experience.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of experience in professional pressure washing or similar services.
• Must be a team player with a focus on building a strong company culture.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and handyman skills.
• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to speak and read English fluently for customer communications.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
