The Lash Lounge Austin is seeking an experienced licensed Lash Artist to join our Westlake, Mueller, Cedar Park, and Kyle studios. You’ll use your precision skills and eye for customized design to enhance guest beauty and confidence.

We support your growth with coaching, mentorship, and a clear path from Regular to Senior to Master Stylist. We offer competitive pay with bonus potential, paid training, and a collaborative, luxury studio environment where staff are valued and encouraged to advance

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi‑permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
