Right at Home Chesterfield is hiring Skilled Caregivers and Home Health Aides to join our in-home care team for immediate part-time roles. You will provide compassionate, in-home care to clients, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of caregiving/home health aide experience in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, and skin care.
• Support ambulation and transfers as needed.
• Assist with eating, dressing, and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patients to errands or medical appointments.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
• Provide patient-specific activities taught by a nurse, e.g., medication reminders, ROM exercises, diet measures.

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire Skilled Caregivers and Home Health Aids to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments.
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom

Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Medication reminders
• Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
• Measuring and preparing special diets
• Understanding dementia care
• Incontinence care

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• One year of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile

Sign-On bonus until June 1st – 15 hours have to be worked before receiving this bonus.
