Qualifications

• 1+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns is desired.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while handling tax preparation tasks.
• Assist with preparing individual, trust, and partnership tax returns when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with clients.
