Job summary

Service Master by Gibson is seeking an Evening Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. You will work with the Operations Manager to ensure client facilities meet Service Master’s standards and service levels.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisor or manager experience, clear communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Afternoon/evening availability is required, and training will be provided for time clocks and CRM systems.

• Experience supervising or managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to undergo background and clearance screening.
• Experience with Time Clock and CRM is a plus (training provided).

As an Evening Cleaning Supervisor, you will work directly with our Operations Manager to ensure the facilities in your area are serviced to the standards of the client and Service Master.

• Inspecting facilities in your area
• Train New Hires
• Ongoing Training and Coaching for current employees
• Ensure facilities are adequately stocked with supplies
• Fill in where needed
• Review and approve timecards

++Who Are We Looking For:++

• Supervisor or Manager Experience
• Clear and Effective Communicator
• Ability to lead and offer direction
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Willing to submit to and pass background and clearance screening
• Experience with Time Clock and CRM systems is a plus (willing to train)
• Afternoon and evening availability is a must
