Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an in-home Caregiver near their Los Gatos Location. You will provide compassionate, in-home care to clients in their own homes and build meaningful relationships while growing your skill set through our free online learning university.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid license and automobile insurance
• Must pass background checks, DMV checks, as well as a negative TB test
• Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration – if not already registered, we’ll assist with the process

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Assist with activities of daily living (ex: walking, grooming, bathing)
• Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities
• Utilize Care app to update office staff on client progress as needed

Pay: $22.50–$24/hour (starting rate based on experience, with scheduled pay increases based on performance and reliability within the first 3–6 months).
