Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary Future of Work function, spanning work and role design, workforce transformation analytics, and AI and automation architecture.
• Own the Future of Work budget and resource planning, including prioritization of people, capabilities, and technology investments.
• Own and execute the Future of Work strategy and 1- to 3-year roadmap, translating enterprise priorities into practical, scalable workforce solutions and operating practices.
• Lead the redesign of work, roles, and workforce models in response to AI, automation, and evolving business needs.
• Establish the function's operating model, governance, decision frameworks, standards, and execution approach.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across HR, Technology, and Operations, influencing senior leaders to align work design and technology feasibility.
• Drive data-backed decision-making related to future-state roles, workforce models, and productivity improvements.
• Define, monitor, and communicate measures of efficiency, capacity, productivity, adoption, and business outcomes.
