Qualifications

• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Experience creating clear, compelling, and data‑driven presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Ability to develop well‑structured recommendations and tell a compelling story using data and insights.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with an interest in automotive products and market trends.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and cross‑cultural environments, or a willingness to do so.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, communication, and collaboration skills.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
• Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer, market, and competitive data to identify trends and opportunities that support future product decisions.
• Produce reports, presentations, analyses, and exhibits to support strategic planning activities.
• Assist the Market Research team with product research clinics and customer studies.
• Conduct product evaluations and participate in competitive benchmarking activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support ongoing product planning initiatives and special projects.
