You'll work with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations leaders on real‑world telecom and technology infrastructure projects across multifamily, commercial, and hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or field professionals encouraged to apply.
• Structured cabling or telecom exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer‑facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and closeout of telecommunications and technology projects.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track schedules, budgets, risks, and project milestones.
• Participate in customer meetings and project reviews.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Synergy Fiber quality standards.
• Attend jobsite meetings, site surveys, and project walkthroughs.
• Learn construction sequencing, installation methods, and project workflows.
