We are committed to providing the highest quality service in an environmentally conscious way while working with a team of people who want to be successful and play to their strengths.

Overview

We are looking for a hard-working Janitorial Technician to join our field team. In this role, your main tasks involve cleaning floors, washing walls, disposing of garbage, performing routine maintenance, and inspecting the premises. You should have some janitorial experience or be familiar with the safe use of sanitation products and equipment. Our ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in doing a good and thorough job for each client.

About

Scrubcan Inc. is a locally owned and operated business founded in 2014 by Corey Jackson with offices in Fresno, CA. Scrubcan Inc. set out to tackle the growing health and environmental hazards posed by dirty residential trash containers and designed a state-of-the-art cleaning system using recycled water to clean and sanitize the containers while reclaiming the dirty water.

After a successful launch of Scrubcan’s residential product offering, the company focused on commercial cleaning opportunities. Our focus has shifted to building and scaling a vertically integrated commercial cleaning company to address the varied needs of our clients. In addition to its residential services, Scrubcan Inc provides janitorial, fleet, solar panel, commercial pressure washing, and disinfecting services every day throughout the Central Valley.

Mission & Purpose

We create rewarding jobs, excellent culture and economic impact in our community. We focus on taking care of our client’s needs so they can focus on their organizations. Then we try to live by four core values:

  1. Integrity: Simply put, we say what we’re going to do and then we do it. We do things the right way all the time.
  2. Experience: We aspire to create an awesome customer experience in every interaction with our people, processes and products.
  3. Teamwork: We trust you to do your job and do it well. We hold you accountable and hope you hold us accountable. We have a clear “tell us if we’re doing something stupid” policy. We work together as members of the Scrubcan Team and treat the company like it’s our own.
  4. Excellence: Achieving excellence isn’t easy, but it is simple. Scrubcan strives to be a leader in the cleaning industry, using technology and innovation in our business operations. We do this by hiring smart and passionate people and setting them up to succeed.
