Job summary

The Goddard School in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Director to oversee daily operations, uphold standards and lead a passionate team of early childhood professionals. This role demands strategic thinking, strong people skills and a commitment to excellence in early education.

You will oversee curriculum implementation, family engagement, budgeting and safety, while guiding staff development and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field.
• 3+ years teaching experience in early childhood education and 1+ year in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Administration: Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards
