Fusion Therapy Center seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to focus on travel-based therapy across Northwest Arkansas, serving daycares, preschools, and schools in community settings.

Description
Fusion Therapy Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist who genuinely enjoys working independently in the community and wants travel-based therapy to be the primary focus of their position.
This role provides pediatric speech and language therapy at partner daycares, preschools, schools, and other community locations throughout Northwest Arkansas through Fusion’s mobile therapy program.
This is a travel-focused position. While in-clinic patients may occasionally be used to help bridge openings, build the clinician’s caseload, or maintain productive hours, the long-term intent of this role is to develop and maintain a primarily travel-based caseload.
As part of your total rewards, we are pleased to offer a competitive sign-on bonus. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, relationship-building with community partners, and providing high-quality care outside of a traditional clinic setting.
Our Mission: To empower families and enhance the lives of children through holistic, evidence-based therapy services.
Why join Fusion?
At Fusion Therapy Center, we believe in rewarding your time, dedication, and clinical excellence. Our compensation model values your contributions while providing flexibility, professional growth, and administrative support.

Your primary caseload will consist of patients seen at assigned daycares, preschools, schools, and community partner locations.
Fusion coordinates travel routes and patient schedules with the goal of minimizing unnecessary drive time and creating efficient geographic groupings.

Who Will Thrive in This Position?
This position is best suited for an SLP who actively wants a mobile caseload, rather than someone who is simply willing to travel occasionally.
You may be a great fit if you enjoy being out in the community, appreciate independence, can organize your day across multiple locations, and like developing relationships with the schools and childcare centers where your patients spend their time.
Fusion provides the clinical, administrative, and scheduling support behind you while giving you the autonomy to make a meaningful impact where children live, learn, and play.
