Commonwealth Fusion Systems is hosting a Hiring Day for production technicians at our Devens, MA facility on Saturday, Aug. 15.

We’re seeking candidates with a strong knack for building cutting-edge hardware and a passion for fusion energy to join our team and help accelerate the future of energy. New hires will work on weekday and weekend shifts with pay differentials ranging from 10% to 30% depending on the shift, with base rates from $30 to $41 per hour before the differential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electromechanical parts and assemblies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Attend the Commonwealth Fusion Systems Hiring Day and meet our team.
• Learn about production technician roles and the hiring process.
• Observe and tour the magnet factory and facilities.
