Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely receive, move, and prepare furniture and home furnishings in our Plainfield distribution center.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, inspecting merchandise, loading and unloading, and ensuring inventory accuracy while upholding safety standards. Prior warehouse experience preferred; strong work ethic and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver up to 100 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, or material handling preferred but not required.
• Committed to delivering safe, high-quality customer experiences and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, following safety procedures.
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to meet quality standards before pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations.
