Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, product preparation, inventory handling, and ensuring merchandise is ready for customers. This role emphasizes efficiency, safety, quality, and customer service as it helps receive, move, store, and stage inventory, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and perform light repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs (with assistance).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies)
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support a positive customer experience
