This full-time position offers a guaranteed hourly wage plus a comprehensive commission incentive program, with an earning potential of $70,000 to $100,000 annually. All new hires attend an in-depth paid training program to equip you with product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Retail schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel to other locations company wide.
• Interior design or sales experience/knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and be on your feet.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• General computer proficiency.
• Professional dress required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations with outstanding service and knowledge of our products.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, non-pressured and professional manner.
• Focus on daily, weekly and monthly goals set by sales managers.
• Attend, participate and contribute to company meetings and training sessions.
• Act as an ambassador for Cardi's by networking and prospecting, including social media.
• Contribute to an upbeat, positive work environment.
• Enter all sales orders accurately in the system and review with the customer 100% of the time.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
