Job summary

U.S. Quality Furniture Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and refurbish furniture at client homes across our national network. You will operate from your own vehicle, follow schedules via our mobile app, and complete quick digital reports after each visit.

We offer paid training, comprehensive insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a supportive team with managers who started in the field. This is a full-time, W-2 position with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture repair (wood touch-up, upholstery, sewing, mechanisms, or troubleshooting).
• Paid training provided if you are the right fit.
• Reliable transportation and basic furniture repair tools required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home furniture repair and maintenance.
• Complete quick digital reports using our mobile app after each visit.
• Attend training sessions, including paid travel to Pittsburgh, PA.

The Freedom: You will work independently right from your own vehicle (which we pay you for). Your day starts directly from home using our mobile app to see your schedule. You will complete your stops, fill out quick digital reports, and head straight home when your last stop is done. We do not carry, deliver, or haul furniture.

Paid Training Program: We invest heavily in your success. You will start with local ride-along training. Next, we fly you to our premier training facility in Pittsburgh, PA—with all airfare, rental cars, hotels, and meals fully covered. We will teach you the fundamentals of wood, leather, upholstery, and power-motion repair.

Proven Support: Our technicians average 10 stops per day (about 30 minutes per call). Best of all, every single one of our managers started in the field, so you will always have a support system that truly understands your job.
