Responsibilities

• Safely assist with loading, unloading, and staging furniture to/from client vehicles or storage areas, avoiding damage.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and vendors to coordinate moving schedules and address concerns.
• Negotiate with potential clients to encourage furniture consignments and demonstrate persuasive sales techniques.
• Follow proper lifting techniques, use safety PPE, and participate in the Health and Safety Program.
• Maintain store appearance by rearranging furniture, clearing aisles, and cleaning as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied throughout the moving process.
