Job summary

Hummel's Office Plus is seeking a Furniture Installer to join the Furniture Warehouse team in Mohawk, NY. You will install and load/unload office furniture, coordinating with customers and the warehouse to ensure accurate moves and timely service.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, possible overtime, and a pay range of $16.75–$17.00 per hour based on experience. DOT physical required; valid driver’s license and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• DOT physical and FMCSA guidelines must be met.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more than 100 lbs.
• Overnight stays and weekends may be required for projects.
• Must read and interpret plans and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Install and load/unload furniture in/out of truck or van.
• Consult with warehouse or customer on items to be moved.
• May collect payment for COD orders.
• Assist other departments as needed.
