This position is physically demanding and performed in active construction environments. Regular duties include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and using hands and tools. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may occasionally be required to lift or team‑lift items up to 100 pounds. Work may occur indoors and outdoors and includes exposure to weather conditions, construction noise, and jobsite hazards. The employee must be able to safely navigate active job‑sites and comply with all safety policies and PPE requirements.
