Job summary

Design Foundry in Hickory, NC is seeking a Material Handler to maintain a steady flow of upholstered furniture from Final Inspection to the Wrap Line. You will move items safely, coordinate with inspection and wrapping teams, and ensure packaging and shipment readiness while upholding our core values of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Experience handling upholstered furniture is preferred but not required.
• Forklift or pallet jack certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture from Final Inspection to the Wrap Line to maintain production flow.
• Move furniture safely and efficiently to prevent bottlenecks in the production process.
• Coordinate with Final Inspection and Wrap Line teams to prioritize urgent orders and maintain workflow.
