Job summary

Arhaus Recruiting is seeking a Fabric Sewer for a furniture manufacturing plant. You will follow sewing standards, ensure pieces meet specifications, and supply prepared products to the sewing team.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced environment. Previous furniture sewing experience is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Furniture manufacturing experience is required.
• Preferred 1+ years sewing for furniture manufacturing.
• Must be able to read a ruler.
• Must be able to sit for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to wear PPE (safety glasses and closed-toe shoes).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all standards for sewing.
• Ensure piece is sewn to specifications.
• Provide the sewers with product that is properly prepared.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular and predictable performance of job duties.
