Job summary

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Furniture Driver Helper to support delivery operations and ensure timely, accurate installations for customers. You will partner with the delivery driver to place, assemble, and install furniture per customer specifications, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent service.

Qualified candidates communicate clearly, work well in a team, and can lift up to 100 lbs. A high school diploma is preferred; English reading/writing is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the furniture delivery driver with deliveries and customer interactions.
• Place, assemble, and install furniture per customer specifications.
• Ensure correct items are off-loaded at each stop.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and report issues promptly.
• Support timely deliveries and communication with supervisor.
