Job summary

JSI is seeking a Furniture Design & Strategy Manager to shape our product portfolio—designing furniture that connects people to their work, space, and one another. This role leads the development and execution of product strategy, uniting design, marketing, and product development to ensure every new product feels intentional, useful, and beautifully resolved.

You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, and Operations in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel to dealer and A&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior, architecture, or industrial design.
• 5–10 years of experience in furniture design, product strategy or related role.
• Strong communication and collaboration across design, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of product strategy for furniture portfolio.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to launch products.
• Identify design opportunities from trends, research and customer feedback.
• Guide design direction from concept to implementation.
