Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan's Furniture Delivery Assistant role supports the Delivery Driver by inspecting, wrapping and preparing each order for transport with care, precision and professionalism. Your teamwork helps ensure every customer receives their furniture in perfect condition and on time.

You will assist with loading and unloading the truck, help assemble furniture at the home, place items where the customer desires, and maintain safety, cleanliness and organization throughout the delivery

Qualifications

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices and maintaining a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a qualified driving record (highly preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with your delivery partner to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude, even under high-pressure situations.
• Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs., including stairs and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, wrap, and prepare each order for transport with care, precision, and professionalism.
• Assist with loading and unloading the truck to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Assist with on-site furniture assembly and place items exactly where the customer wants them.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery area and work as part of a team to create a warm delivery experience.
