Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Furniture Delivery Driver in Lowell, MA. You will inspect, wrap, and load deliveries, ensuring orders are protected and ready for dispatch.

On-site you will assemble furniture, perform minor touchups, and place items exactly as customers envision. This role rewards craftsmanship, care, and courtesy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety practices and a clean, safe work environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam completed and MVR on file.
• Experience operating a 24–26 ft straight/box truck.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with high quality standards.
• Professionalism, patience and courtesy in every customer interaction.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy furniture (>200 lbs) including stairs.

Responsibilities

• As a Furniture Delivery Driver, inspect, wrap, and load the truck to protect each order for delivery.
• When arriving at a home, assemble furniture, perform minor touchups, and place pieces as the customer envisions it.
• Provide craftsmanship and courtesy to transform an empty space into a comfortable home and a memorable customer experience.

What You'll Do

As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will play a hands‑on and meaningful role in bringing each customer's purchase to life. You'll inspect, wrap, and load your truck to ensure every order is protected and ready for delivery. Once you arrive at each home, you will assemble furniture, perform minor touchups when needed, and place each piece exactly where the customer envisions it. Your craftsmanship, care, and courtesy turn an empty space into a home, making you the final and memorable step in the customer experience.

Average Pay for this role: $70,000 - $90,000 Yearly

What We Need From You

• A commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• A valid driver's license with a qualified driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and MVR.
• Experience operating a 24--26 ft. straight/box truck.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Professionalism, patience, and courtesy during every customer interaction -- especially in challenging moments.
• The physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs, tight corners, and varying weather conditions.
