Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Neosho, MO is seeking reliable team members for fast-paced upholstery production on the second shift (4 PM–2:30 AM, Mon-Thu with overtime on Fridays). You will hand-build quality furniture, work with power tools, and assemble components through upholstery, framing, and cushioning stages.

Candidates must stand for long periods, lift 50 lbs, and meet daily production quotas. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above duties.

Responsibilities

Drive, urgency, and self-motivation are needed to meet daily production goals. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting and moving at least 50 lbs, and using hands to grip, pull, and handle materials. Comfort with power tools, framing, and staple guns is essential. Second Shift is 4 PM- 2:30 AM Monday - Thursday with Mandatory overtime on Fridays.
