Fairway Holdings, Inc. in downtown St. Louis is seeking an Assembly Apprentice to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will align components, inspect tolerances, and assist with packing and shipping to ensure high-quality furniture pieces.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of assembly experience, are comfortable with hand tools and schematics, and maintain an excellent attendance record. This role features a 4-day workweek, full benefits, PTO, and parking in the city.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of assembly experience.
• Comfort with hand tools and reading schematics.
• A reliable, punctual attendance record.
• Capable of lifting/pushing 35+ lbs.
• Team-player mindset with a drive for quality.

Responsibilities

• Bring furniture to life by aligning metal, wood, and upholstery.
• Ensure each piece passes tolerance inspections for quality.
• Handle materials, packing, and shipping/receiving.
