Job summary

Leaders Furniture in Largo, Florida is seeking a Furniture Assembly associate to join our Operations Team. This full-time role involves working in our warehouse to pick and prepare customer orders for delivery, loading products onto trailers, and ensuring accurate inventory. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime. Base pay starts at $15.75 per hour, with potential to earn up to $22.05 based on production. We value teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic.

We work as a team in our warehouse to pick and prepare customer orders for delivery. We then load the product onto our trailers for the delivery team. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. occasional overtime required. The pay structure for this position is based on production. Base pay starts at $15.75 with the possibility to make up to $22.05 depending on your production.
