Job summary

Real Alloy in Loudon, TN seeks an Industrial Furnace Operations Associate to support furnace activities in a safety-driven, team-based setting. The role involves hands-on melt operations, equipment checks, and log-keeping to ensure steady production.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights) with a 4-on/3-off pattern and potential overtime. Microsoft Excel and basic computer use are part of daily tasks, with training provided for forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all furnace operations to keep production safe and efficient.
• Follow established procedures, respond to changing conditions, and keep a clean, orderly work area.
• Monitor furnace conditions and communicate with team members.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (training provided).
• Use basic computer tools, including Excel, for logs and checks.
