Job summary

Service Corporation International in San Antonio is seeking a Funeral Services Assistant to provide clerical and operational support across funeral services, visitations and ceremonies, while delivering compassionate customer service.

You will prepare arrangements, assist families, handle phones, coordinate with vendors, and ensure vehicles and spaces are prepared; a valid Texas driver’s license is required.

Other general duties include meeting the general public, answering questions and providing information on funeral and cremation information and other related topics, answering phones courteously and in a polite manner, assisting on funeral, memorial and other services or ceremonies as requested by funeral home clients and management.
