Job summary

Precoa, the leading national sales and marketing company in the preneed insurance industry, is seeking an Advance Funeral Planner who can build relationships with funeral homes and families. You’ll collaborate with a team of 50+ agents to schedule appointments and guide clients through planning their final wishes.

You’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, uncapped earning potential, and mentorship from field leadership. Current life insurance license or the ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
• Meaningful work in your community
