Job summary

Newcomer Funeral Service Group in the Toledo area seeks a Funeral Director/Embalmer to provide care for families during and after arrangements. You’ll work with a compassionate team, supervise services, and support removals with dignity.

You will follow federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The role includes float-between-chapels support and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and guidance to families during and after the arrangement process
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Supervise and support funeral, visitation, memorial and graveside services
• Float between chapels to support as needed
• Assist with the preparation of decedents as needed with dignity and professionalism
• Assist with removals as needed
