Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Treasury Funds Transfer Pricing specialist to help develop and implement a new FTP framework and related infrastructure. You will lead model development and collaborate across teams to source data for a future-state FTP platform, building analytics and reporting capabilities that illuminate the net interest income impact by business lines.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advanced analytics, and clear communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in treasury, funds transfer pricing, interest rate risk, finance, or ALM roles with progressive responsibility.
• 4+ years of general finance experience.
• Experience with automation and coding to improve finance processes.
• Familiarity with FTP methodologies and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of models and infrastructure to support the new FTP framework.
• Source data across functions to build a holistic FTP infrastructure.
• Develop analytics and reporting capabilities, including NIM decomposition by line of business.
• Support FTP methodology, monthly production, and new approaches for products.
• Educate stakeholders on FTP use cases to drive net interest income optimization.
