Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Capital Partners - Funds Transfer Analyst in a hybrid role based in New York or Boston. You will manage and authenticate client transfer instructions, including wires, checks, ACH, and book transfers for multi-family office and institutional clients, acting as the first escalation point for authentication issues.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3+ years of funds transfer, banking operations, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excel proficiency a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and authenticate client instructions for funds transfers per policy.
• Oversee and process wires, checks, ACH, and book transfers for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Identify and implement workflow enhancements; test improvements.
• Resolve high-risk items, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to controls.
