Qualifications

• Five to seven years of active fundraising experience.
• Direct fundraising experience with donors and senior leadership.
• Understanding of advancement team functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support high-quality delivery of client engagements.
• Conduct interviews and information gathering to inform feasibility studies and audits.
• Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and planning conversations; support lead consultants.
• Support Acuity® predictive analytics engagements; translate analysis into insights and recommendations.
• As experience grows, independently lead portions of client engagements.
