Job summary

The University of Nebraska Foundation in Lincoln is offering a paid year-round internship for current undergraduates or graduate students. You will support our prospect management team with portfolio maintenance and data entry, learning how fundraising data informs strategy.

You will develop reports for Foundation staff, gain exposure to trend analysis in nonprofit fundraising, and complete special projects that sharpen your analytical, communications, and teamwork skills in a mission-driven

Qualifications

Current student status as an undergraduate or graduate in the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
Organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion in handling confidential matters.
Candidates will also be evaluated on our core values of passion for mission, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Support our prospect management team with portfolio maintenance.
Projects involving data integrity and entry while practicing creative problem-solving skills.
Compile relevant information into reports to be utilized by Foundation staff.
Complete special projects as assigned while gaining a further understanding of trends within fundraising, nonprofit organizations, and the University of Nebraska.
