Job summary

Selador International is hiring multiple Fundraising & Marketing Assistants to represent charitable campaigns at community events across Baton Rouge. You will engage attendees with warm conversations, share why the cause matters, and assist people in signing up as supporters.

Training is provided from day one, with ongoing coaching to improve your fundraising and communication skills. You’ll be part of a team focused on meeting daily goals while gaining hands-on experience in live campaigns and

Responsibilities

• Represent charitable campaigns at community events and high-traffic locations around Baton Rouge.
• Start warm, genuine conversations and explain each campaign clearly and accurately.
• Help interested people sign up as supporters, with care and professionalism.
• Work toward daily campaign and fundraising goals alongside your team.
• Help with event setup and the day-to-day running of campaigns.
• Learn how fundraising and marketing campaigns are planned, tracked, and improved.
• Take part in regular coaching on communication, persuasion, and campaign skills.

Selador International runs face-to-face campaigns that connect people with organizations doing important work. We’re hiring multiple Fundraising & Marketing Assistants to represent charitable campaigns at community events and busy public spots across Baton Rouge.

You’ll be the friendly face of each campaign. You’ll start conversations, share the story behind the cause, and help people sign up as supporters. It’s people-focused, goal-driven work, and you’ll learn fundraising and marketing skills that open doors in nonprofits, sales, and beyond. No experience needed. We’ll train you from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Represent charitable campaigns at community events and high-traffic locations around Baton Rouge
