The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our philanthropy programs scale effectively while maintaining a high-quality, consistent experience for our people and partners.
This role is deeply rooted in both execution and storytelling—not only ensuring our programs run well but helping bring the impact of that work to life in a way that inspires participation, deepens engagement, connects our people to our purpose, and drives giving.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day philanthropy programs, including the Be The Light Fund and IGFF, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
- Support and help drive fundraising strategy across key moments (e.g., Field Day, Friendsgiving, campaigns, local activations) with a focus on increasing participation and dollars raised.
- Partner with the ESG team and Philanthropy Program Coordinator to continuously improve fundraising efforts and program delivery.
- Maintain strong organization, timelines, and communication to ensure seamless execution across HQ and field offices.
- Manage donation tracking across platforms (e.g., payroll deductions, fundraising tools, external systems) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the collection, validation, and consolidation of donor data across systems.
- Maintain organized records and reporting to enable internal visibility, fundraising insights, and year-end donor/tax processes.
- Partner with Data, Accounting, and IT to ensure clean data practices and timely reporting.
Storytelling & Impact Communications
- Translate philanthropy efforts and outcomes into clear, compelling stories that bring impact to life.
- Partner with Communications and ESG to highlight giving moments, partner impact, and employee engagement across channels.
- Support the development of content (recaps, highlights, data points, anecdotes) that connects participation and dollars raised to real world impact.
Partnerships & Program Coordination
- Support relationships with nonprofit partners by coordinating communication, events, and engagement opportunities.
- Assist with intake processes for new initiatives, funding requests, and partnerships.
- Help track and evaluate partnerships against defined impact criteria and expectations.
Employee Engagement & Field Activation
- Support company-wide philanthropy participation through office-level events, ESG Leads, Ambassador programming, and employee initiatives.
- Track participation, service hours, and engagement metrics tied to both involvement and giving.
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
- Build and maintain scalable processes, trackers, and documentation across programs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows across tracking, reporting, storytelling, and execution.
- Partner with ESG leadership to improve tools, systems, and data flows supporting philanthropy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams including Data, Accounting, IT, Communications, Hospitality, and Events to execute initiatives.
- Support organization-wide efforts that connect philanthropy to broader ESG and Shared Values priorities.
- Serve as a reliable operational partner, ensuring alignment, communication, and follow-through across teams.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in ESG, philanthropy, employee engagement, or an internal IG program (Ambassador, ENRGs, ESG Leads, etc.)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with data, trackers, or reporting systems (Excel or similar tools)
