Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Minimum 18 months experience in Investment Banking or Placement Agent.
• Experience in M&A, ECM, Leveraged Finance or Financial Sponsors Group preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; CRM tools like Salesforce a plus.
• Fluent in English; interest in private markets and growth in alternative investments.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of fundraising campaigns for alternative investment funds.
• Manage timelines, track deliverables and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Assist in preparing fundraising materials including pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs, and investor updates.
• Maintain accurate investor records and CRM data integrity.
• Coordinate roadshows and investor meetings with the distribution team.
• Liaise with clients to collect materials for investor due diligence.
• Generate periodic reports and analytics for internal teams and clients.
