Job summary

The Fundworks LLC is seeking experienced closers to help small businesses access working capital. You’ll manage high volumes of company-provided leads, qualify merchants, present financing options, and close funded deals from a fully remote setting.

Expect a base salary of 60k–80k with uncapped commissions and strong internal support. You’ll build lasting merchant relationships and own your growing book of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience closing MCA, revenue-based financing, or small business funding deals.
• Proven track record of funded volume and consistent sales performance.
• Strong understanding of MCA products, underwriting guidelines, deal structures, and the ability to position financing solutions effectively.
• Confident phone presence and the ability to close while building lasting merchant relationships.
• Experience managing a high-volume pipeline in a CRM.
• Self-motivation, accountability, and discipline in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of leads and convert owners into funded deals.
• Qualify merchants by reviewing bank statements, revenue, existing positions, and funding needs.
• Package complete files and identify funding partners most likely to approve opportunities.
• Negotiate with funders on amount, factor rate, term, and payment structure to secure offers.
• Present offers clearly, handle objections, and close deals.
• Coordinate contracts and required documentation through funding.
• Own your book of business, including renewals and referrals from funded merchants.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline and monthly funded-volume goals.
• Keep your pipeline current in CRM and follow up on new opportunities.
